If you are the winning bidder on a vehicle you may have the keys, but will NOT receive the Title until payment has been cleared. Winning a firearm means all FFL Paperwork will be done. We will NOT ACCEPT C&R FFL’s . All FFL paperwork will be done here at Pete’s Auction Service LLC. Two forms of proper ID are required. A Processing Fee of $13.00 and a $2.00 Call - In Fee will be added to each gun for in - state. Out of state will be charged a $13.00 Processing Fee and a $5.00 Call - In Fee. If you purchase more than 3 firearms we will only charge you one Processing and Call - In Fee. You will need to be here by 3:30 PM or earlier to start Call-In paperwork. If that doesn't work please call upon winning to make arrangements for pick-up as we do not have set business hours. Shipping requires a FFL License to be sent to us from the Receiving FFL before any firearm can be shipped. You the buyer will be required to pay all shipping cost.
