You are the Winner! If you are the winner payment will be made on the day of the sale. Sales tax (5.3%) will be charged except on lots with titles, unless you notify us by sending us a Sales Tax Exempt Form to petesauctionservice@yahoo.com by December 30th, 2024. If you are the winning bidder on a vehicle you may have the keys, but will not receive the TItle until payment has been cleared. Please be sure to note Pick-Up dates and times. Shipping is available in items. We merely just drop off your item or items at the shipping store. The cost and details are worked out between you and the shipping store. Items not picked upon the dates provided or no response to the shipping store for shipment will become property of Pete's Auction Service,LLC and no refunds will be given.
